The Commercial Transactions Group focuses on the purchase, sale and leasing of goods and services. We review and draft commercial agreements for the manufacture, sale, purchase, lease, consignment and storage of goods and services. We also draft dealer agreements for manufacturers and for dealers, and we provide counsel on dealer policies, dealer terminations and dealer disputes, including antitrust issues.
